Obtaining your Instruction Permit Test

The day of your Instruction Permit test you must bring the following forms of identification:

• Original Certified Birth Certificate or valid Passport
• Original Social Security card (optional at this point)
• Proof Of Residency -2 pieces of mail addressed to the student from their high school
• Student I.D.
• $20 payable to the Secretary of State (cash or check)
