Obtaining Your Instuction Permit

The day of your Instruction Permit test you must bring the following identifications:

1. Original Certified Birth Certificate or valid Passport
2. Original Social Security card (optional at this point)
3. Proof Of Residency-2 pieces of mail addressed to the student from their high school
   
4. Student I.D. 
5. $20 payable to the Secretary of State (cash or check)
